Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy**
I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment, life happens! I charge a 25% cancellation fee of your booked service for any no-call no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours to protect and value my business, just as I do yours.
**Late Arrivals**
please note that my schedule is very organized and I have a 25 minute grace period. I want to be able to provide the upmost work and I may not be able to provide this if 30 minutes+ is deducted from your appointment, therefore we may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so please let me know in advance!
